Erasing the lines between the person who makes sound, the person who writes code, and the person who runs the business. I write DSP in iPlug2, ship SaaS with Next.js, agentize operations with Claude Code, and own LP / CVR / design / ops myself — because the hand-offs kill speed. One operator. Tight loops. Accountable for both shipped code and the numbers it moves.

Built a P&L engine that models two fixed-cost modes (normal vs. event) and auto-computes daily break-even. Also owns social posting, Google review replies, and finance-meeting minutes.
